Your transfer at a glance
Go Everywhere arranges private transfers between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Port Canaveral. Book the airport arrival and the return as separate legs of a round trip, with the correct cruise terminal for each. This is a private ground transfer; it is separate from your cruise reservation and any cruise-line shuttle.
Use the cruise terminal, not just the port name
Add the ship name, cruise line and sailing date to the trip instructions, and select the terminal address from your cruise documents. Terminal assignments can vary. Check the Port Canaveral terminal guide and your cruise line before travel, and update the reservation if your instructions change. A generic Port Canaveral address is not enough to identify every passenger drop-off.
Work backward from the assigned boarding window
Use the arrival window supplied by your cruise line when planning your airport pickup. Flight arrival, baggage collection, road traffic and unloading all take time. The driving estimate in the booking form is not a guarantee that a same-day flight will connect with a cruise. If timing is tight, contact the team before paying rather than relying on the shortest map estimate.
Treat disembarkation as a separate pickup
For the return to MCO, plan around when your party can actually leave the ship and collect its luggage. Do not substitute the ship’s scheduled arrival time for a ready-to-leave pickup time. Confirm the pickup instructions and allow for the drive, check-in and airport security. Add your onward flight details and call the team if the ship or disembarkation timing changes.
Count cruise luggage carefully
Record suitcases, carry-ons and personal items separately. Tell us about mobility equipment and oversized bags before selecting a vehicle. Passenger capacity does not guarantee room for every bag. Large parties or special equipment may need a reviewed quote, and accessible vehicles must be specifically requested.
Terminal information: Port Canaveral’s official terminal arrival guides. Follow your cruise line’s assigned boarding window.
Finding your pickup at MCO
Add your flight number and select the full airport location. Follow the meeting instructions provided for your reservation, rather than assuming every private ride uses the same level, door or pickup area. If you want a name-sign greeting, request airport meet-and-greet in the vehicle step. Check MCO’s official airport information for current terminal maps, and call the team if you cannot find your meeting point.
Review the total before payment
Your fare depends on the selected locations, vehicle, date, time and extras. Eligible trips show a price online; other requests need a quote from our team. Review the full breakdown, including any included gratuity, before accepting. An additional driver tip is optional and starts at zero.
| Extra | Customer charge |
|---|---|
| Car seat or booster seat | $25 per requested seat |
| Airport meet-and-greet | $25 per airport pickup |
| Additional stop | $25 per stop |
| Service animal | No extra charge |
Seat suitability, special equipment and vehicle availability must be confirmed. A requested extra can require a reviewed quote. Waiting beyond an included allowance or a changed itinerary may incur charges under your booking terms; check those conditions before payment.
Booking, changes and cancellation
New online bookings require more than 48 hours before every pickup. Traveling sooner? Call +1 888 688 6895 so the team can check availability.
You can cancel or change an eligible active reservation online more than 24 hours before the first pickup. Review any revised fare before accepting a change. For eligible paid cancellations, the existing $5 booking fee is retained from payments received. The full cancellation policy applies; this is not a free-cancellation offer.
A payment receipt records payment. Check the separate reservation status for ride confirmation. If something is unclear, contact the team with your booking reference.
