Will the driver wait if my flight is late?
We monitor your flight details when you provide a flight number, and adjust the pickup where reasonably possible. Included waiting time is disclosed with your booking — and if something major changes, our 24/7 team is one message away.
Can I book by the hour instead of point to point?
Yes — hourly booking is perfect for meetings across town, events and daylong itineraries. Mention the number of hours you need in your quote request below and we'll price it as a fixed hourly rate.
Is gratuity included in the fixed price?
Any included standard gratuity is shown in your fare breakdown before payment. An additional driver tip is optional and starts at zero; you do not need to add another tip.
