Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a shared shuttle and a private ride?
A shared shuttle groups passengers heading the same direction, so you split the cost — it's our lowest price, and it can add time for other pickups and drop-offs. A private ride is your vehicle only, direct from door to door with no stops.
Is the price really fixed?
Your quote shows the price for the itinerary and extras you select before payment. Requested changes and waiting beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges under the booking terms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or change your active reservation online more than 24 hours before the first pickup and you're refunded everything except a flat $5 booking fee. Within 24 hours of pickup, bookings are non-refundable. Use Manage my booking or the secure link in your email to cancel or change an active reservation more than 24 hours before the first pickup. Review any revised price before accepting. Cancellations retain the $5 booking fee from payments received; the full cancellation policy applies.
Do service animals cost extra?
Service animals travel at no charge. Other pets must travel in a carrier on a private ride. Select the pet option when booking: the fee is $25 per trip where an instant fare is available; otherwise it is confirmed in your quote before payment.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings require more than 48 hours before every pickup, including your return trip. Book earlier for groups, accessible vehicles, child seats, holidays and major events. For a sooner pickup, contact our team to check availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We monitor your flight details and adjust the pickup where reasonably possible — and for major delays or rebookings, one message to our 24/7 team updates everything.
