Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a shared shuttle and a private ride?
A shared shuttle groups passengers heading the same direction, so you split the cost — it's our lowest price, and it can add time for other pickups and drop-offs. A private ride is your vehicle only, direct from door to door with no stops.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Your quote is all-inclusive for the trip you describe — no surge pricing, no meters, no cash requests at the curb. The price only changes if you change the trip, and any add-ons you choose are shown before you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel online more than 24 hours before pickup and you're refunded everything except a flat $5 booking fee. Within 24 hours of pickup, bookings are non-refundable. You can cancel any booking yourself on the Manage my booking page.
Do service animals cost extra?
Never. Service animals ride free on every trip, in line with the ADA. Just tick the service-animal box when booking so your driver is prepared. Pets other than service animals are welcome in a carrier on most trips — tell us in the notes.
How far in advance should I book?
All rides are reserved in advance — we recommend booking at least 24 hours before pickup, and earlier for large groups, accessible vehicles, child seats, holidays and major events, when availability is tighter.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We monitor your flight details and adjust the pickup where reasonably possible — and for major delays or rebookings, one message to our 24/7 team updates everything.
