1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Go Everywhere LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Go Everywhere," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use goeverywhere.world and the booking services offered through it (the "Platform"). 2. What we collect

• Booking information — your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, flight or ship details, and any notes you add (for example, child seats or a service animal).
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout; we never receive or store your full card number. We keep records of amounts, payment status, and refunds.
• Communications — emails and messages you exchange with our team, so we can support your bookings.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) used for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

We use your information to operate your bookings: providing quotes, confirming reservations, processing payments and refunds, sending transactional emails (confirmations, payment links, driver and pickup details, cancellation notices), providing customer support, preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations. With your consent, we may send occasional offers or updates — you can opt out at any time without affecting your bookings.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share only what a trip requires, with:

• The transportation operator assigned to your trip — the independent company performing your ride receives the details needed to perform it: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, passenger count, flight information, and relevant notes. It does not receive your payment details.
• Service partners that run our platform — Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure database hosting), Google (location and address services when you search for a place), and our website and application hosting providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
• Authorities, where legally required — if a valid legal process compels disclosure.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Platform currently uses no advertising cookies and no tracking-based analytics. Essential technical storage may be used for security and for features you actively use. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to handle disputes or chargebacks. When records are no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records). Email bookings@goeverywhere.world from the address used at booking and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to systems holding personal information is restricted and authenticated, and payment card data is handled solely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours so that the most sensitive data — your card details — never touches our servers at all.

9. Children

Bookings may only be made by adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; passenger details for minors travelling with an adult are used solely to perform the trip.

10. International visitors

We serve customers worldwide; personal information is processed and stored in the United States by us and the service partners listed above. Where you use the Platform from outside the US, you understand your information is transferred to the US for the purposes described here.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Each version carries a version number and effective date, and material changes will be posted on the Platform.
