Will the driver wait if my flight is late?
We monitor your flight details when you provide a flight number, and adjust the pickup where reasonably possible. Included waiting time is disclosed with your booking — and if something major changes, our 24/7 team is one message away.
Can I book by the hour instead of point to point?
Yes — hourly booking is perfect for meetings across town, events and daylong itineraries. Mention the number of hours you need in your quote request below and we'll price it as a fixed hourly rate.
Is gratuity included in the fixed price?
No, and it's never added secretly either. Tipping is entirely optional and appreciated; if a gratuity is ever included for a specific service, it's disclosed at checkout in plain sight.
