Terms & Conditions
Version 1.1 · Effective date: July 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website goeverywhere.world, and the booking services offered through it (together, the "Platform"), operated by Go Everywhere LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Go Everywhere," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Platform, requesting a quote, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. When you complete a booking, you will be asked to affirmatively accept the then-current version of these Terms; the version number and time of your acceptance are recorded with your reservation.
2. Definitions
"Customer" or "you" means the person who books or receives transportation services through the Platform. "Provider" means an independent third-party transportation company, and its drivers and vehicles, that performs transportation services booked through the Platform. "Reservation" means a confirmed booking, which may contain one or more trip legs. "Retail Price" means the total price payable by the Customer as shown at checkout. "Booking Fee" means the flat, non-refundable USD $5 fee described in Section 6, which is retained from any refund.
3. Our Role: Booking Intermediary
Go Everywhere operates a technology platform and booking marketplace that connects Customers with independent Providers. Except where expressly stated otherwise, Go Everywhere does not itself own vehicles, employ drivers, or perform transportation. Transportation services are performed by Providers as independent contractors, and the transportation contract for each trip leg is between the Customer and the applicable Provider.
Go Everywhere is responsible for the booking experience: quotes, reservations, payment processing, confirmations, and customer support coordination. Providers are responsible for the performance of transportation, including vehicle condition, licensing, permits, insurance, and driver conduct, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the transportation is performed.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to book through the Platform. You may book as a guest or through a registered account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including pickup details, contact information, passenger counts, and flight details), for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Minors may travel only in accordance with the applicable Provider's policies and applicable law, including child-restraint requirements. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted unless the assigned Provider expressly permits unaccompanied-minor carriage and its conditions are met; contact us before booking if this applies to you.
5. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
Prices quoted on or through the Platform are fixed, all-inclusive Retail Prices for the itinerary described at the time of quoting, except as expressly stated (for example, optional add-ons, waiting time beyond included allowances, or itinerary changes you request). A quote request is not a confirmed booking. A Reservation is confirmed only when we send a booking confirmation and, where prepayment applies, your payment has been successfully completed.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store your full card details. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the Retail Price of your Reservation, including any add-ons and any subsequent changes you request. Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown at checkout; your card issuer may apply currency conversion and related fees.
Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. If a Reservation was confirmed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical or clerical error, we may cancel it and issue a full refund of amounts paid.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
Unless a different policy is stated for your specific service or market at the time of booking, the following applies to prepaid Reservations:
(a) Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the earliest scheduled pickup in the Reservation (the "Cancellation Deadline"). Cancellations made before the Cancellation Deadline receive a refund of the amounts paid less the USD $5 Booking Fee, returned to the original payment method. The Booking Fee covers non-recoverable payment-processing and administrative costs and is not refundable in any circumstance.
(b) Cancellation after the Cancellation Deadline; no-shows. Cancellations made after the Cancellation Deadline, and failures to appear at the pickup location ("no-shows"), are not eligible for a refund; any exception is at our reasonable discretion.
(c) Variations. Some markets, services, or peak dates may carry a longer cancellation window (for example, 48 hours) or different terms; where that applies it will be disclosed at booking and will control.
(d) Refund timing. Refund timing after approval depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
(e) Changes. Changes to a confirmed Reservation (for example, vehicle class, itinerary, or timing) are subject to availability and may change the price. If a change increases the price, the difference is payable before the change is confirmed; if it decreases the price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
(f) Cancellation by us or a Provider. If a Reservation is cancelled by us or by a Provider for reasons other than your breach of these Terms (and not due to a force majeure event under Section 22), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, including the Booking Fee, as your exclusive remedy except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Accessibility and Service Animals
Service animals accompany passengers free of charge, in accordance with applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for services performed in the United States. We ask that you indicate a service animal at booking solely so the assigned driver is informed; the indication never adds a fee. Pets other than service animals may travel where permitted, in an appropriate carrier, and may be subject to the pet add-on fee disclosed at booking.
If you require an accessible vehicle (for example, wheelchair-accessible transport), select the applicable service or note the requirement at booking so an appropriately equipped Provider can be assigned.
8. Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to: be ready at the agreed pickup location and time; provide accurate flight or cruise details for airport and port pickups; ensure passenger and luggage counts do not exceed what was booked; comply with seat belt and child-restraint laws; and treat drivers and vehicles with reasonable care. Children requiring child or booster seats must be declared at booking; where you have booked a child seat add-on, the Provider will supply it, and applicable law governs its use.
Providers and their drivers may refuse or terminate carriage, without refund, of passengers who are abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or who materially misstated the booking (for example, more passengers than the vehicle lawfully seats). Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol are prohibited in vehicles unless the Provider expressly permits otherwise and it is lawful. You are responsible for damage to a vehicle caused by you or your party beyond normal wear, and for reasonable cleaning fees where a vehicle requires more than ordinary cleaning as a result of your party's conduct.
9. Baggage, Add-Ons, and Lost Items
Each service includes the baggage allowance disclosed at booking. Additional or oversized items (for example, extra carry-ons, checked bags, skis, golf bags), child or booster seats, meet-and-greet service, and pet carriage may be offered as add-ons with fees disclosed at booking; add-on fees form part of the Retail Price. Providers may decline items that cannot be transported safely or lawfully.
You are responsible for your belongings. Neither Go Everywhere nor Providers are responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, or left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the return of found items; any shipping or delivery costs of returning a found item are payable by the owner. Please check that you have all belongings — and the correct bags — before leaving the vehicle.
10. Airport and Port Pickups; Delays; Waiting Time
For airport and cruise-port pickups, provide the flight or ship details requested at booking. Where flight details are provided, pickup times may be adjusted to actual arrival times as reasonably practicable. Included waiting time and any charges for additional waiting are as disclosed at booking or in the applicable service description. If you cannot locate your driver, contact the driver, the Provider, or us using the details in your confirmation before leaving the pickup area; leaving without contact may be treated as a no-show.
Pickup and travel times are estimates. Traffic, weather, security controls, and other conditions outside a party's reasonable control can affect timing. You are responsible for choosing pickup times that leave adequate margin for check-in, boarding, or connections.
11. Vehicle Assignment and Substitution
Vehicle photographs on the Platform are illustrative of each vehicle class. The specific vehicle assigned is determined by the Provider. Where the booked vehicle becomes unavailable (for example, due to mechanical issues), the Provider may substitute a vehicle of comparable or higher capacity and class at no additional charge to you. A substitution consistent with this Section is not a failure to perform.
12. Gratuities
Unless expressly stated at booking, gratuities are not included in the Retail Price. Tipping is optional and at your discretion; where a gratuity is included for a specific service, it will be disclosed at checkout.
13. Providers and Drivers
Providers are vetted onboarding partners of the Platform, and are required to hold the licenses, permits, and insurance applicable to their services. Providers and their drivers are independent contractors; they are not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Go Everywhere, and Go Everywhere does not direct or control their operations. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Go Everywhere and any Provider.
14. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts are valid for the period, services, and conditions stated when issued; have no cash value; cannot be combined unless expressly stated; and may be withdrawn or invalidated for error, fraud, or abuse. A promotional discount applies to the Reservation to which it was validly applied at checkout.
15. Communications
By booking, you consent to receive transactional communications about your Reservation (confirmations, receipts, driver and pickup details, changes, and cancellation notices) by email and, where provided, phone or messaging. Marketing communications are optional and governed by our Privacy Policy; you may opt out at any time without affecting your bookings.
16. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — are owned by or licensed to Go Everywhere and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or internal business use in connection with legitimate bookings. You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Booking data reasonably necessary to perform your trip (for example, name, pickup details, phone number, and flight information) is shared with the assigned Provider for the purpose of performing the transportation.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate, third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing and mapping services). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.
19. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO EVERYWHERE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ARE PERFORMED BY INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS; TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO EVERYWHERE MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE, ANY PROVIDER'S PERFORMANCE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or for fraud.
20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) GO EVERYWHERE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (B) GO EVERYWHERE IS NOT LIABLE FOR MISSED FLIGHTS, CRUISES, CONNECTIONS, EVENTS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM DELAYS OR SERVICE ISSUES; AND (C) GO EVERYWHERE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY RESERVATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RESERVATION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Everywhere and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of law or third-party rights in connection with a Reservation.
22. Force Majeure
Neither Go Everywhere nor any Provider is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, airport or port closures, or infrastructure and utility failures. Where a Reservation cannot be performed due to such an event, our sole obligation is, at our discretion, to reschedule the service or refund amounts paid for the unperformed service.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and Go Everywhere consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and effective date. Material changes will be posted on the Platform, and where required by law we will provide additional notice. The version you accept at the time of booking governs that Reservation; continued use of the Platform after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance for subsequent use.
25. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and your booking confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and Go Everywhere regarding the Platform. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
