Choose the vehicle that fits your whole trip

From a sedan airport transfer to an SUV, passenger van or group bus request, make room for every traveler and every bag.

New online bookings require more than 48 hours before every pickup. Call for sooner trips.

Start with people and luggage, then choose the vehicle

A vehicle name describes a class or model; it does not settle every practical question. Add up all passengers, including children, then list checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and oversized items. The booking option and confirmed itinerary should match both counts. If in doubt, request a capacity check before paying.

Mercedes-Benz, GMC and other make or model requests

Have a particular vehicle in mind? Tell us whether you prefer a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator or another model. Include your passengers and luggage so the available option can be checked for your trip.

For a Mercedes-Benz airport transfer, specify whether you prefer a sedan or passenger van. For a GMC or Chevrolet SUV request, include your luggage needs as well as the model preference. Review the confirmed vehicle class and capacity before travel.

Executive sedans and luxury SUVs

Business travelers may ask about a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 or Lexus sedan. Families and groups may ask about an Escalade, Suburban, Yukon or a similar full-size SUV. Model availability depends on the date and route. Review the vehicle option displayed or specifically agreed in your quote.

Premium transportation should be defined by the details that matter to you. If a late-model vehicle, specific amenities or a certain luggage arrangement is essential, state that requirement. Tell us about any amenities or model-year requirements so they can be checked before you book.

Passenger vans and group transportation

A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit request should include the number of people and the number and size of bags. Different layouts can use the same vehicle name. A passenger van suitable for a group meeting may not fit the same number of cruise travelers with large suitcases.

For a minibus or motorcoach, share all pickup addresses, departure times and return arrangements. Check whether the group needs storage for sports equipment, mobility equipment or a stroller. A group-transfer quote should describe the itinerary and agreed transport before it becomes a reservation.

Stretch limousines: check bags as well as seats

A stretch limo or limousine can be a request for a wedding, celebration or executive trip. Airport transfers bring a second constraint: luggage. Ask about the actual storage capacity before selecting a limousine for a party arriving with suitcases. A different vehicle or a revised group arrangement may fit the itinerary better.

Accessible vehicles and family equipment

A high roof or a large cabin does not make a vehicle wheelchair accessible. If a passenger stays in a wheelchair, describe the wheelchair dimensions and boarding needs so suitable equipment can be confirmed. If the passenger transfers into a standard seat, explain any assistance and folding equipment requirements instead of assuming the arrangements are the same.

Car seats and booster seats are separate requests, including in SUVs and vans. Each requested seat costs $25 per one-way trip. Count the seat requirement and the child in the passenger total, then review the requested equipment with the booking details.

Choose a service as well as a vehicle

A sedan for an airport transfer, an SUV for a cruise connection and a van with a driver by the hour are different itineraries. Hourly transportation and unresolved trips need a reviewed quote. Select the class that matches your travel needs, then compare the complete price and conditions for that particular journey.

Compare transportation services or find the correct airport before requesting a fare. All manufacturer and model names identify examples or preferences and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or ownership of a particular fleet.

Frequently asked questions

Should I book a sedan, SUV or van?

Choose by all travelers and all luggage, including carry-ons, strollers and mobility equipment. A sedan can suit a smaller party; an SUV or passenger van may offer more room. Confirm the capacity shown for the actual booking option rather than assuming every vehicle in a class has identical space.

Can I request a Mercedes-Benz, GMC or another specific make?

Yes. Include your preferred make or model with your trip details. Availability varies by date and route, so review the vehicle specifically confirmed for your reservation.

Is a Sprinter always a Mercedes-Benz passenger van?

Sprinter is a model name associated with Mercedes-Benz, and seating layouts differ. Ask for the actual vehicle class, seating and luggage configuration. A van described as a Sprinter or similar does not establish a guaranteed exact model or capacity.

Can a stretch limousine carry all our airport luggage?

Do not assume so. Limousine seating capacity and luggage capacity are different. Provide the number and size of all bags before requesting a stretch limo, particularly for airport or cruise transfers.

Is an SUV wheelchair accessible?

Not automatically. Wheelchair-accessible transport requires suitable access and securement equipment. Explain whether the traveler transfers to a seat or stays in the wheelchair, and confirm the appropriate vehicle separately.

Can I book a minibus or charter bus for a group?

You can request a group quote with passenger counts, luggage, travel times and all stops. Minibus and motorcoach configurations vary, and service availability must be confirmed. Do not treat a bus request as an instant reservation.

Are car seats included with an SUV or van?

Vehicle selection does not automatically add child seats. Request the required seat types and quantities. Child seats and booster seats cost $25 each per one-way trip and should be confirmed for the reservation.
