Check your flight number, terminal and meeting instructions before travel. Curbside pickup and a baggage-claim meet-and-greet are different arrangements, so confirm which one is included in your reservation. Tell us about flight changes so your itinerary can be reviewed.

For hotel transportation, use the property's complete name and address. A resort area or hotel-chain name alone may point to more than one location. A few clear details now help make the journey easier later.

How do I get a price for my airport transfer?

Enter the full pickup and destination, local date and time, all travelers and luggage. Choose your vehicle and requested extras. Eligible trips show a fare online; other itineraries receive a quote for you to review before payment.

What is the difference between a private transfer and a shared shuttle?

A private transfer reserves a vehicle for your party. A shared shuttle carries other travelers and may make additional stops or operate to a schedule. Compare the total for your group, luggage and travel times. Ask our team to check shared-service availability separately.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Start with the number of travelers, including children, then count suitcases, carry-ons and oversized items. Review the capacity of the vehicle offered for your itinerary. If you have a preferred make or model, include it in your request so we can check availability.

Can I request car seats and booster seats?

Yes. Add the required seat types and quantities when booking and provide the children’s ages and relevant sizing details. Child seats and booster seats cost $25 per seat per one-way trip. Confirm your requested equipment before travel.

Can I arrange wheelchair-accessible transportation?

Yes, you can request an accessible vehicle. Tell us whether the traveler remains in the wheelchair, its dimensions, and any ramp, lift or assistance requirements. We will need to confirm suitable equipment and availability for the trip.

Where will my airport driver meet me?

Follow the meeting instructions for your confirmed trip. Curbside pickup and inside-terminal meet-and-greet are different arrangements. Requested airport meet-and-greet costs $25 per pickup; confirm the meeting point before travel.

Can I book a cruise transfer, group ride or hourly chauffeur?

You can request these services with your dates, all stops, traveler and luggage counts, and any equipment needs. For cruises, include the ship and exact terminal. Hourly and unresolved itineraries receive a reviewed quote, with vehicle availability confirmed separately.

How far in advance should I book?

New online bookings require strictly more than 48 hours before every pickup. If you are traveling sooner, call +1 888 688 6895 so our team can check availability.

Can I change or cancel my reservation online?

Eligible active reservations can be changed or cancelled online strictly more than 24 hours before the first pickup. Review any revised fare before accepting a change. Eligible paid cancellations retain the existing $5 booking fee. The published cancellation policy applies.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Check your reservation status and confirmation details. A payment receipt records payment separately from ride confirmation. If you need help, contact our team with your booking reference.

Do I need the Disney World or Disneyland transfer guide?

For Walt Disney World in Florida, use the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Disney World guide. Disneyland Resort is in Anaheim, California. Enter the exact airport and individual hotel or resort address for your trip.
