Choose the exact destination
Use the airport, hotel or cruise-terminal name and full address. A broad resort name can refer to several places. Select matching locations in the booking form so the map, route and quote use the intended pickup and drop-off. Review the complete labels before continuing.
A vehicle that fits your whole party
Enter all travelers, including children, and count suitcases, carry-ons and personal items separately. The booking flow shows suitable vehicle options and prices where available. Explain mobility equipment, strollers or other oversized items in the notes. Accessible transport and special equipment need a specific request and confirmation.
How a request becomes a reservation
- Enter locations, local pickup time and your travelers.
- Choose a vehicle and requested extras.
- Add contact and flight details, then review the itinerary.
- Eligible trips show an online fare; other trips receive a quote for review before payment.
Keep the payment receipt and reservation confirmation separate. Check the booking status for the ride’s confirmation, and use the secure booking link for eligible changes or cancellation.
Booking, changes and cancellation

You can cancel or change an eligible active reservation online more than 24 hours before the first pickup. Review any revised fare before accepting a change. For eligible paid cancellations, the existing $5 booking fee is retained from payments received. The full cancellation policy applies; this is not a free-cancellation offer.
A payment receipt records payment. Check the separate reservation status for ride confirmation. If something is unclear, contact the team with your booking reference.
