Add your flight number when booking. We monitor your flight details, and your driver's meeting instructions arrive before you land. The van may wait briefly for co-travellers from nearby flights before heading out.

Standard luggage is included. Tell us in the notes about oversized items — skis, golf bags, instruments — so the right vehicle is planned. Child and booster seats can be arranged on request; service animals always ride free.

How much earlier is a shuttle pickup than a private car?
Typically a shuttle pickup is scheduled with extra buffer before a flight to allow for the route's other stops — often an hour or more compared to a direct private transfer. Your exact pickup time is confirmed with your booking, so there's no guessing.
Can I upgrade to a private ride later?
Yes — contact us before your trip and we'll requote the same itinerary as a private car, SUV or van, subject to availability. You only ever pay the difference in the fixed price.
Is the shuttle door-to-door or stop-to-stop?
Door-to-door: you're picked up at your address and dropped at your terminal, or the reverse. It's the route in between that may include other passengers' doors.
Do children need their own seat on a shuttle?
Yes — every passenger, including children, needs a seat, and child-restraint laws apply everywhere we operate. Declare child or booster seats at booking so the vehicle is equipped; bringing your own seat is always welcome.
